Since November 2004, the dressing plant of Jinchuan Company and Beijing Binlong Mining New Technology Development Co., Ltd cooperated to exploit the fine particle grade nickel and copper resources which were chronically piled in tailings dump. With the support of the Mine Exploitation & Supervision Department of the Ministry of Land and Resources and Jinchuan Company, Binlong Mining New Technology Development Co., Ltd successfully adopted the patent equipment and core technology of independent intellectual property to resolve the international difficulty about effectively recycling the low-tenor fine particle level nickel & copper resources. The experts introduced that the overall skill of equipment and matched technology of innovation research had reached the leading level of the world. It had an extensive value for generalizing and applying and accorded with the objective of comprehensive utilization of Jinchuan nickel & copper tailings which was the project of national 11th Five-Year Plan. It furthest raised the resource utilization rate and converted the resources superiority to economic advantages.
